30 knot Orthodox prayer rope (wrist/bracelet)
Every decade (10 knots) are separated by a bead so that 30 knots + 3 beads = 33 total.
Diameter varies with choice of cord. Smaller diameters are any with gold ball beads, plus the colonial rose, ivory/gold, sky blue.

Each is handmade by a nun of the Convent of St. Mary Magdalene, an Orthodox women's monastery in Mississippi.
