50-bead Orthodox prayer rope chotki komboskini for praying the Rule of the Mother of God (Theotokos)

Every decade (10 beads) is separated by a larger bead of a different shape.  Finished with a stone cross.

The glass beads are each approximately 8mm long.

Each is handmade by a nun of the Convent of St. Mary Magdalene, an Orthodox women's monastery in Mississippi.
